Orders may be placed by telephone, mail, facsimile or e-mail. Please be sure to include the following information with your order: • Shipping address
• Billing (Invoice) address
• VAT Identification number
• Purchase order number
• Catalog number and name of product
• Quantity
• Contact name and phone number
• Attention line: building, room number and name of end user.
Note: Written confirmation of orders by fax is preferred.
Standing orders
Items used on a regular basis can be covered by a standing order (or call-off order). By prearranging delivery dates you can avoid repeating the paperwork for the order every time a routinely-used item is needed. To arrange a standing order, please contact our customer service.

Prices are available on request and are subject to changes without further notice. Catalog prices are ex. works Campro Scientific and exclusive of local taxes.
Transport costs
* Within Germany and The Netherlands: orders of € 500,- and above -excl. VAT- are delivered free house, otherwise € 20,- freight costs will be charged. If applicable, freight charges for dangerous goods and dry ice will be calculated additionally.

Payment terms
Terms are net 30 days from the invoice date, unless other arrangements have been made prior to shipment. Past due invoices will be subjected to 1.5% per month (18% per annum) service charge.
Applicable are our General Conditions - last version - as lodged with the Amtsgericht Berlin-Charlottenburg HRB 70979, Berlin - Germany.
Return Shipment
Prior authorization from Campro Scientific is required before a shipment can be returned. After receipt of shipment by Campro Scientific, refund is issued in cases where shipment was incorrectly filled, damaged or did not meet the specifications as described in the technical data sheet.
Limited Warranty
Campro Scientific warrants that its products shall confirm to the specifications stated at the time of shipment. This warranty is to be in effect for a period of thirty days from the date of shipment. The purchaser is responsible for the approval of product quality and quantity within this thirty-days period. The maximun liability of seller to purchaser will be to credit for the purchase price of material or replacement without charge, of products. The foregoing warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other guarantees, representations or warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
No credit will be authorized for products returned without prior approval from Campro Scientific.
